A Playbook for Building Great Teams
Thu 26 October 1712:30 - 13:00
Teams are comprised of humans, and we're highly variable—and sometimes volatile. What works for one person or team may not work for another. There are, however, key principles that generally define great teams, and when viewed as a playbook rather than handbook, these principles become a powerful resource for team leaders and managers.
Cameron draws on his vast experience leading teams at big and small companies, non-profits and for-profits, founding and selling a company, and even parenting a family of 7 to share his playbook for building great teams and embracing the variability and volatility inherent to our species.
